Be Your Best self Reading at July 17, 2020

To be your best self you need to have a balanced life including challenges and successes. Sometimes the ride will feel like it is going downhill but that could be to gain momentum for the trip uphill. Today's 10 card Celtic Spread personally showed me an outcome relating to the archetype of  King of Wands. Wands shows the element fire which indicates a passionate nature. This king has a magic wand and will bestow benefits upon me by the end of the year. The rest of the cards were indicative of where the world has been leading me and how I feel about that situation.There was faith among obstacles. Please see image.  
The first card indicating where "I am a the start of this idea"shows the 6 of Swords. Six is a blessing and it shows success after anxieties. 
The card over it is the Fool. This 0 card is the beginning and indicates a leap of faith with full confidence that all the elements water, fire, earth and air available and in your favour.
 The foundation or bottom card reversed is the King of Cups indicating a fierce male who presents as calm who may take advantage with his craftiness. 
The King of Pentacles reversed looking down from above  potentially involving himself could be dangerous, bad with money and easy to bribe. 
In the recent past a reversed Death card 13  indicates disaster and temporary stagnation which covers the pandemic.
The near future shows the Page of Cups reversed unpleasant news obstacles deception . 
Where I am in the situation is the Eight of Pentacles. Employment or commission to come. Skill in material affairs and the arts.
 In the friends and family area, the Nine of Wands reversed shows obstacles and weakness to overcome.
Ace of swords reversed in the Hopes and Fears category .fear of failure in conquest.obstacles/loss.

Drive to Elements and Pembroke Home via Eganville August 10

 Yesterday Steven and I took a flying trip to see Nikki Laframboise at Elements LuxuryTented Camp-Renfrew to pick up an antique head and foot board she put aside for us to pick up. Steve creates amazing upcycled furniture pieces and this acquisition will be the start of the next unique piece of furniture. Along the way we stopped in at the Braeside Antique Shop in an old church . Then on to Elements and a lovely visit (as always) with Nikki to boot.  We had not been to Pembroke since March 13 (didn't see much as we were working at an event  the time )so we made it a day and drove there for a picnic in the waterfront Park and to check out the incredible \Value Village for for some additional transformable pieces.  Agter Pembroke,we took the long way home past Lake Dore . We stopped at the cemetary at church point (a memorable place for us from years ago. We took a couple of videos of the sights and sounds of the lake including thunder heralding an impending storm...

Cobden and Beachburg Ontario
